Councillors give 462-home scheme the nod despite Historic England objection

Fuse Studios has been given the green light for a 37-storey build-to rent tower in Birmingham next to a row of grade II-listed villas.

The 462-home proposals on the edge of the city centre have been designed for Calthorpe Estates and Moda Living and will form part of the 1,600-home New Garden Square masterplan.
